Pistachio Operations in Rafsanjan
Located 30 kilometers from Rafsanjan—the heart of Iran’s pistachio region—Amin Farms’ processing complex is among the country’s most advanced facilities. Covering 40,000 square meters and supported by over 400 skilled professionals, Amin Farms has the most modern pistachio lines, equipment, and laboratories in Iran and is the first pistachio processing plant that uses silos to store pistachios.
Amin Farms is one of the few pistachio processing plants that has developed its own well-defined and extensive quality specifications and grading standards to meet various market requirements. Our in-house laboratory for testing aflatoxins, pesticide residues, and other contaminants ensures that our products meet international food safety standards. Through expertise, care, and innovation, we provide and supply premium Iranian pistachios trusted by markets worldwide.
Dates Operations in Bam
Situated in Bam — the heart of Iran’s premium date region — Amin Farms’ modern cold storage and processing complex was established and set a new standard to preserve the quality. Covering 2 acres, the facility includes 7 chambers with a total capacity of 4,700 metric tons, and provides optimal conditions for every variety of dates.
The integrated processing and packaging hall spans over 2,000 square meters and is equipped with advanced sorting, grading, and climate control systems, which guarantee the product integrity from arrival to dispatch. Through expertise and care, we ensure that the natural sweetness, texture, and quality of premium Iranian dates are perfectly preserved for markets worldwide.
The up-to-date facilities and the presence of specialists in the factory ensure that all processes are monitored in a way that meets the expectations of our global partners.
