The kernel Pistachio is used in confectionary and food industry.
It has two types:
Kal Kernel: which is exactly unripe pistachio and harvested early and in August.
Regular Kernel: which is comes from both naturally open pistachio and closed shell pistachio. One that obtained from closed shell has more cost and time effective process.
Available Packing: 10 and 15 Kg vacuum bags in cartons and small packages such as 500 to 2000 g (based on the customer order)
Available Type: kal kernel pistachio, regular kernel pistachio (from closed shell), regular kernel pistachio (from naturally open shell)
